Great views from the deck and each room. A great place to relax or entertain guests. Well appointed and fine finishes in each of the rooms. In floor heading in bathrooms and the kitchen, a full set of appliances and dishware, as well as linens.
Easy walk to an outdoor (free) cross-country ski track in the Winter, and walking distance to the free resort shuttle for downhill skiing at Winter Park or Mary Jane Resorts.
Hot tub and gas grill on the deck for apres-ski, and WII and HDTV for games indoors. Free WiFi Internet access in all of the rooms.
Great insulation in each of the rooms to block out noise. An all around great place to be!

Why the Owner Chose Grand Park
We chose to buy a vacation rental in the Winter Park area because my husband and I are very outdoorsy and athletic, and wanted a place we could enjoy equally in the winter and the summer months. Winter Park is known to have the biggest bumps during the Winter and some of the most challenging trails for mountain biking in the summer, along with great places to fish, hike, or explore on a horse.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The view of Byers Peak from our living room windows are amazing, and we enjoy watching the train go by (just far enough away where it's a fun sight to see without the noise). There are great walking and mountain biking trails right out our door during the summer, and during the winter the free ski shuttle is around the corner to head to Winter Park/Mary Jane Resorts, as well as a free cross-country ski track in the meadow in front of the condo. You can also enjoy a nice hot tub after a long day of skiing and watch the sun go down off the deck.

We are both working professionals living in the Colorado area, transplanted from California. We enjoy the outdoors and local sporting events, as well as the finer things in life with friends, a nice meal and good wine.
