  We enjoyed staying at this condo. The place is centrally located, well maintained and well stocked with the little extras that make for a good condo experience (utensils, condiments, etc.). The owners were very easy to work with. The condo has two very small bedrooms and overall is the size of a one-bedroom place. Nonetheless, it is priced as a one-bedroom condo and, with two small children, we appreciated the additional room division. We recommend this condo highly, particularly for families with children or dogs.

  The condo was very cozy and perfect for our family of four. Our two boys especially liked the bunk beds, and the location of the condo was extremely convenient for us. It was close to Vons, the Looney Bean coffee shop and a bunch of fishing bait and tackle shops, which came in especially handy for us. Also, the owner was great with working out the details of the reservation.

  Our 1st stay in this condo was a winner! The description of the condo and amenities was on the mark. Not only was it pet & family friendly, you honestly couldn't tell by how well maintained and clean it was. I do have to say one of my favorite things was the leather sofas! I know you're suppose to be outdoors when you're in Mammoth, but on our downtime, we enjoyed sinking into those couches! The owners gave us all the needed info before we left, and had instructions at the condo as well. We had friends staying in a different building, and they were jealous when they saw this condo. We'll definitely get back up there again!

  Enjoyed our stay. However under the photo of the bunk beds it says "full sized bunk beds". I thought these were full beds. They are not fulls they are regular twin sized bunk beds, which was very awkword as we were two couples staying at the condo not a family with kids. Also if you are tall they are not comfortable due to the footboard.

  Owner response: I am sorry the bunks did not work out for you, I am 6ft and I can sleep in them very comfortably. There is the pullout sofa in the living room which was available to use for the other couple. Perhaps you forgot that this was available. Regards The owners

  This was a great condo. Nicely remodeled and up to date. Nice beds and all the comforts of home. Especially liked the humidifier in the master, it really helped my sinuses. Three good sized spas at the complex is a plus. Will definetely stay here again.

  Thanks for sharing your place with us. We stayed at the condo from 12/27 through 12/30 with 2 teens and our family pet. The condo has everything that we need for our stay. The convenience of the shuttle stop in front of the door was just perfect. The only minor problem was the squeaking steps from the condo above. We didn't have good experience with the mountain due to out of ordinary low snow coverage, but the stay at the condo was perfect.

  My boyfriend and I stayed in this condo with our dog for a week in the summer. This was a great condo, in a central location. The kitchen was well stocked, which was a plus. The bathroom was nicely remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the Looney Bean for coffee and other local favorite spots. I appreciated all of the personal touches - plenty of boardgames, DVD's, and pet 'necessities'. One downside of the condo is that it was pretty dark, there is not a lot of natural lighting. We also wished the jacuzzi was open before 3pm every day, for a muscle soak after long hikes. The condo was just the right size for 2 adults and a dog, it could get pretty crowded with 4 adults! All in all, this was a great condo for the location and value!

  This condo was ideal for my family and I - quick drive to Eagle lift at Mammoth - love being close to center of town. Condo is cozy and well equipped - owners have included all the essentials to make it a great stay - will definitely come back and rent again.

  Hi, Just wanted to send a quick note expressing how much we enjoyed staying at your condo last weekend. My husband and I frequent Mammoth about 10 times a year to take advantage of our season passes. We will put you down as a "favorite." You are by far the most organized and accommodating condo that we've stayed in. My little french bulldog especially loved the dog friendly accommodations! ;) Truly, B

  We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful, cozy condo! There were 5 of us (adults) and 2 king charles cavaliers and we were all very comfortable. Your condo was well-appointed and lovely; I would not hesitate to recommend your place to friends (actually, I am forwarding your information to some friends). Your wood-burning fireplace was so warm and we made good use of it =) There was parking right outside your condo and the green shuttle is literally right outside your front door. It was a great bonus that your stop is the second stop on the shuttle route so we never got passed by. The grocery store (Vons) was just down the street within walking distance, which was great when we didn't want to drive in the heavy snowfall. There's only 1 bathroom, so usage required some planning and timing but it wasn't a big issue. Toiletries and plenty of bath towels and linens were provided, which was great. The kitchen had all the basics and was stocked with utensils.. we cooked every night we were there! You were wonderful to work with and always responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay at your place again. Thank you!!

Pet Friendly Condo Mammoth Vacation Rental Agreement TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE: RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: 1. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin – smoke is unpleasant for other guests and will result in forfeiture of full security deposit. Our homeowners prohibit smoking on balcony's and common areas within the complex. 2. Guests: There is a maximum occupancy of 5 overnight guests in the cabin. Larger groups result in excessive wear and tear on house, hot tub and septic system. Loud parties are prohibited. Exceeding of occupancy limits, any reported disturbances, loud parties or use of illegal substances will result in immediate eviction, loss of rental payment and security deposit. 3. Pet Policy: Dogs are permitted with prior arrangement with owner. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any refuse left in open/lawn areas. All pets in complex must be on a leash. There is a limit of 2 pets only. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture at any time – Please bring a pet bed. Fleas and ticks are rampant in this area and can be harmful to humans and pets - All pets must be treated with topical flea and tick prevention. 4. Security Deposit is fully refundable within a few days of departure provided the premises are left in the same general and good habitable condition as found upon arrival. This includes the following: Dishes are washed and put back in cupboards and trash is placed in proper containers in outside bins. Keys are left in lock box and condo is locked. - Heat is turned down to the lowest degree on thermostat (whenever leaving cabin and fire in fireplace is extinguished). No early check-in or late check out (unless prior arrangements are made) - this insures that my cleaning person can properly service the condo for the each rental. If additional cleaning is needed to remove pet hairs, odors or waste from the house and property, excessive trash is left behind, charges will be deducted from your security deposit at a rate of $30 per hour. If there is evidence of excessive/irresponsible energy usage or damage to house, property or contents - costs will be subtracted from your security deposit. 5. Lost and Stolen Items. Homeowner is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 6. Indemnification. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Homeowner harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by Guest or parties invited onto the property by Guest. 7. Cancellations – A 10 day written/email notice is required for a full cancellation refund. There are no refunds of rental payment for cancellations made after 10 days of scheduled arrival date. However in the event of a cancellation, If the owner is able to fill the booking she will pay the refund the renter in full minus one nights accommodation. Failure to pay full rental fee by due date will be considered a cancellation. There are no refunds due to inclement weather, power outages, medical emergencies or late arrivals/early departures. If you are concerned about the possibility of a last minute cancellation, we strongly suggest you obtain trip cancellation/interruption insurance from somewhere like www.csatravelprotection.com, www.insuremytrip.com, www.travelguard.com or www.travelprotect.com By renting our condo you are agreeing to the terms of this Vacation rental contract.
