My extended family rented this property the first week of August. There were 16 of us in total, 10 adults (late 30s to mid 70s) and 6 kids (ages 4 to 13). The house was perfect for us as it allowed each family to have their own private bedroom (with tv and dvd player) and also had a ton of living space. The beds are very comfortable, the setting is very quiet and we all slept well. The littlest kids slept in the 4 bunk beds out in the common area of the lower level. I looked at many houses before booking this one and while I could easily find something with 6 bedrooms, most had very little space for activities, or hanging out. This home allowed us to be on both floors and we often would not even hear the kids on the lower level. There are plenty of tables for playing cards or games, doing puzzles, etc. It was incredibly hot the week we were there and we ended up staying at the house much more than we originally anticipated. I am sure if the accommodations weren't so comfortable we would have made the effort to get out more. The property is starting to show some wear, but that is probably expected with a rental that gets this much use. We would definitely recommend this home.

Perfect Branson Reunion Location

My family has been coming to the Branson area the last few years and we need 7 bedrooms. This property fit the bill to the tee, lots of living room space for games and stretching out with the family. Holiday Hills Resort was a benefit with all the activities and location to Branson Landing was one thing that made us pick this house. It was hard to leave, but we look forward to making this an annual tradition. Thanks for the great house!!!!!!

Family gathering

My husband and I live in the Atlanta GA area as does one of our daughters and her family (8 of us all together). Our other daughter and family live in north central Iowa. We looked for a place to meet as a family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniv. where we could all stay together, share the cooking, etc. We ranged in age from 80+ (a brother-in-law) to 2 years (our great-grandbaby) and found the house very comfortable and accommodating for all of us. We had a wonderful time and would do it again! I agree that the directions are a bit confusing the first time (there are two "Holiday Hills" signs) but once we were here it was great! We'll do it again!

Our sunday school group just stayed here Nov 18 - 20. We wre very much impressed with the accomidations. The house wa very clean, spacious and exactly what we wanted. We only wish we would have come during the time the leaves change, what a sight that would have been. The only I had was that there was no ladle for dipping the gravy we made for breakfast (No biggie). We are already planning our return trip. Thank you very much. Jim Reeves

This house was just what we needed for a great weekend with family! We had family and friends coming together from Texas, Oklahoma and Indiana to celebrate a 50th Anniversary. Ages were 10 - 70+. With a group of 14+ we wanted a place where we could all be together without having to go out all the time...we knew we couldn't do that if we all stayed in a hotel. All had a wonderful time! It's close enough to Branson to take part of all festivities but still gave us a quiet place to retreat to. The only part that was a little difficult was finding the place the first time...very confusing! Once we were there we had a blast! Definitely a great place to stay and I'm sure we'll be back someday!

Better than Expected!

My family has been gathering for a small reunion for more than 25 years at the same time every year. We have had some great reunions over that period of time and this one rates right up there at the top. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large group that love to be together. We had a total of 33 (four generations) in Branson this year, 27 of which stayed in your amazing house. The house was more than we ever expected and we were so pleased, that we have decided to do it again next year. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for us to visit, play, nap, or whatever we wanted to do. Its proximity to Branson was fabulous. The gameroom with pool table, ping pong, air hockey, and video games made it great for the whole group. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Branson is a great place to visit. Chris and Sherri have been a real pleasure to talk to and work with, and we hope to develope a long term relationship renting your house. I also plan to rent it for a group from out church maybe in the fall or spring. Thanks for everything and we will be talking soon.

60th Wedding Anniversary Event

Our family stayed in your fabulous house from 6/26/10 to 6/30/10. We enjoyed everything at the house so much! There were 13 adults that stayed and were able to spread out and enjoy the whole house but also had the convenience of being able to group together easily for meals and card playing. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with all the necessities. Our parents surprise was made so much better by your delightful accommodations. The times we had to call you regarding the pool pass, you let us leave a message which was returned within a short time. Johnson Reunion 2010

My five siblings and our families converged upon Branson in June and found this property to be everything it said it was and provided ample space for the 24 of us. The property was clean and well maintained. Chris and Sherry were very helpful and friendly in answering questions prior to and during our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool table and Wii at the house and we visited the pool daily. My brothers and sisters enjoyed the shopping and other activies around Branson as well as some good tennis matches and basketball at the resort. Our favorite activity was the Laser Tag at the Family Fun Center. There was one problem with loud kids being up late at night. Of course we brought them, so we can't complain too much. All in all it was a great place and a great time for our family, and I would recommend this house to anyone needing space for several families with all age groups in mind.

Your home is beautiful. We, 23 people, family reunion including us, our sons families and inlaws, and sister and family. The house was much better than anticipated. The pictures on your website are great. Loved the idea that there was room for all of us and no one felt they were crowded. We definitely plan to rent your home again. The Greatest Vacation Stay I've Had

It was an excellent weekend with family members from 4 states. The house was everything we expected it to be from its listing. It was clean, spacious and lovely. With 21 one of us from 1yr to 85 years of age, we never felt crowded or contained. Everything was clean and orderly when we arrived. We had a little confusion on check-in because one gate entrance was closed. But, the owners were available through the phone number they had left us and quickly resolved the problem. The location was close to many local attractions and shopping. Everyone in our family was greatly impressed by the layout of the house and would like to return on another occassion.

Greetings, I want to thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everyone had a wonderful time! We have rented homes in the past but I must tell you that although the others have been very nice and large, your home has been the best equipped with plenty of linens, dishes, cookware and even tupperware for the left overs. This made for a stress free time which when we are traveling with people with special needs is even more appreciated. Everything was so welcoming. Hello, Wanted to write and give you some feedback, as well as tell you how much we loved staying in your gorgeous home,. First of all it was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, and they were nicely adorned with beautiful comforters and sheets, etc, The bunk bed and twin bed worked well where you had them placed, and everyone had a place to sleep. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. I don't believe you forgot a thing. We tried to leave you with a few things like sugar, coffee filters, etc, that we used. Your furnishings are very nice, and I tried to write a comment for the VRBO but couldn't get it to take it. If you tell me how to do it I will be glad to write one on there. You just thought of everything that would make our stay comfortable. We used the washer and dryer and left a stack of cleaned towels etc., when we left, but it was so nice to be able to keep our towels washed up. There were plenty of those there too, and plenty of toliet tissue. The bathroom placement worked really well for our family also. We hope that we left it to your satisfaction. The kids loved the pool and I think the adults did too. So all in all this was the best house for our large (l9) family that we have ever stayed in and the comments were all positive from our six families. All said, that they would like to rent it again next year for the same amount of time, and come back down there. So I guess we need to all decide on a time and get that reserved again for next year. Thank you so much for your hospitality, and for decorating and furnishing your home so nicely for others to use.
