This is a beautiful, 1300 sq ft beachfront home which is situated on two private acres, with over 450 feet of beachfront. There are panoramic views of the ocean from all rooms. This house is for four adults only. It is perfect for one or two couples. This is an adult only rental.
The house sits only 70 feet from the water. There is a covered deck with teak rocking chairs to enjoy the spectacular setting and unobstructed views of the ocean. There is a reef off shore, which protects the shoreline waters, providing safe swimming and snorkeling year-round. We are located on the lush east end of Molokai, which is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful areas of Molokai.
We are also one of the few properties out here which is off the road, affording maximum quiet and privacy. The house itself has been designed with the aesthetic at heart and an attention to detail. It has high ceilings, wood floors, charming colors, a complete kitchen with beautiful cherry and maple cabinets and granite counter tops, and two full baths with marble counter tops.
The house is fully and elegantly furnished with beautiful leather furniture, a large mango dining table, and many one-of-kind pieces. There is beautiful artwork throughout. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a full bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a king sized bed and full bath, and a flat screen TV with satellite .
In addition there is an enclosed outside shower, a private picnic and sitting area right on the beach and a gas barbecue. The landscaping creates the feeling that you are in a park. The grounds are absolutely beautiful.
It is very private and peaceful here. We truly offer a unique property, rarely found in Hawaii. One of our tenants said: "It's the kind of place you find once in a blue moon. We are so lucky to have found you."

Wow! This place lived up to all our expectations. We spent 10 days at the house January 2012. The view from the back deck looks out over Maui. We watched wales, snorkled right out in front for the place and used the sea kayacs to explore up and down the the beach. There is a protecting reef that affords a very safe swimming and snorkling experience. The hose is furnished with every need in mind. We spent a lot of time reading and enjoying the views and water. We took the mule ride down to the leper colony and highly recommend it. Do your grocery shopping at Friendlies and plan on doing some cooking. We loved the place so much we didn't want to make the 17 mile trip back into town to go to dinner. This place may not be for people looking for lots of activities to do or great places to eat. But if you just want to enjoy a tropical paradise with someone, it cannot be beat..

My wife and I are habitual visitors to Molokai having returned every Christmas for the past decade. We have always rented condos on the island but wanted to treat ourselves this year to a more private setting. Wow, did we find the most amazing, tranquil, secluded, romantic beautiful hideaway that met every expectation and then some. This location is not to be missed. We were truly blessed to have had a chance to enjoy the Hale Kai Beachfront Estate!

Jessica was great. She responded to e-mails quickly and everything was clearly explained about the rental process and what to expect. Nothing was left to chance. The home was fabulous. Well designed, maintained and completely stocked with everything we would need. When we first walked in it felt like it was our home. It is a warm and relaxing environment that helped us to begin to unwind from the trip to the island. The personal touches used to decorate the home made it a one of a kind place. It is so very private and and quiet there. The grounds are beautiful and help accentuate the idea that you are somewhere special. The location is perfect with beautiful waterfront inside the island's barrier reef, which makes for easy kayaking and wading. It is close to some fabulous snorkeling and great scenic areas on the east end of the island. Every morning while having our coffee, we would watch the whales play just off the reef. Then, enjoy the real high point of the morning, head to the outdoor shower. We will be returning and staying longer next time.

Mahalo Nui Loa for creating your paradise-truly the most beautiful place on Molokai. The tradewinds, birds, sunrises, reading our books in the warmth of east light on the lanai, gently rocking, listening to the lull of the waves and the tides rising and falling. We did manage to explore the many beauties of Molokai, but we ended up spending most of our time just HERE. We so enjoyed the floor plan and emphasis on art, wood, and light in your beautiful hale. ONCE AGAIN-ALOHA & MAHALO FOR ALLOWING US TO ENJOY YOUR MOLOKAI "BIG" HOUSE. OUR EXPECTIONS WAS EXCEED AGAIN. THE FEATURES OF THE HOUSE WERE GREAT AND THE VIEW OF MAUI & LANAI AWESOME.
