Enjoy a stress free vacation at a beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath condominium on the ocean. All amenities provided-just pack your clothes and head to the beach. In the off chance you do need to stay connected while on vacation the condo is equipped with wireless internet access and has a ton of other amenities.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living room offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa that is easy to operate. Experience shows like you are at the movies with surround sound system and a new high definition (HDTV) 1080p flat screen television. Living room is completely equipped including; DVD, iPod docking station, Nintendo Wii (with double remotes, games and charging station) and Playstation II.
MASTER BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Sleep like a baby on the comfortable pillow top King Size bed with high thread count sheets. Open the windows and turn on the Hunter ceiling fan for a peaceful afternoon nap. Look out the window and marvel at the ocean waves. Master Bedroom includes television, DVD player, ceiling fan, full size walk in closet and an alarm clock.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Look out the window and see the Inter-coastal waterway. Relax in one of the two ultra comfortable twin beds. This room is also equipped with a flat screen TV, VCR/DVD player and a ceiling fan.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
Should you want to make meals while at the beach the unit is fully equipped and features include: refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven for easy cleanup, built in microwave and a garbage disposal. All kitchen appliances have recently been replaced. Other amenities in the kitchen include; pantry stocked with spices, vegetable/rice steamer, blender, hand-held blender for mixing cocktails, toaster and a coffee maker. Kitchen table has a leaf that can be easily added so you can accomodate additional quests.
OUTSIDE BALCONY/PATIO
Enjoy the view of the pool and the ocean as you sit on the balcony. The balcony has table and chairs for outside eating. Also included is a George Foreman Grill for outdoor grilling.
KID FRIENDLY PROPERTY
The unit has the following amenities for those traveling with children: Graco Pack n Play, Fisher Price Aquarium high chair, monitor, games, books, movies, Nintendo Wii (with double remotes, games and charging station) iPod docking station and Sony Playstation II.
BEACH AMENITIES
Everything you need for the beach awaits you; (4) beach chairs, (2) umbrellas, Body Glove boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, sandcastle forms, pool floats, pool and ocean toys.
OTHER FEATURES
Full size washer and dryer, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. All major appliances are brand new and new carpet was installed in August of 2010. Tons of pool/ocean toys, tennis rackets and a basketball.

We chose to purchase this rental property because we love Crescent Beach. The location is perfect for a family vacation, relaxing and plenty of things to do for everyone at every age.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the beach first and foremost. Our other favorite things to do are; explore the shops and restaurants in downtown St. Augustine, relax, play golf, go to Disney World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, witness a launch from Cape Canaveral, visit with family and head to the races at Daytona.

My family and I have stayed at quite a few different condos on St Augustine Beach, but this one was by far one of the nicest. The pictures are accurate, the amenities available were exactly what we needed, and of course the beach was absolutely amazing, The only complaint came from my mother, which was that the condo was either a 2 story or 3 story (depending on where you parked) walk up a flight of stairs. This will not hinder us from coming back though! Thank you!!!

Condo was exactly as pictured and described. The condo was well supplied with great dishes, utensils, and great kitchen appliances. There were plenty of linens and towels, and they were in great condition! The fact that beach toys were available for our use made it very easy for us to pack. You can tell the owners really care about making the renters feel at home and try to make everything convient for them. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone, and will probably rent this one again.

We had a most enjoyable stay in this lovely unit. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make cooking and serving meals easy (even spices), there were movies to watch, books to read, games to play and the beds were so comfortable. The complex is well maintained and we were delighted to find benches on the ramp to the ocean where we could sit and visit others coming from and going to the beach while enjoying the ocean view and sounds. Everyone was so friendly from the office staff to other guests and residents. We will definitely come back and hopefully stay longer next time.

This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities you need. Nice view from the balcony patio off the living room. The master bed was very comfortable. Four Winds is off the beaten path (but not too far to get to some great restaurants and shopping), and a great place to relax.
