  I'm a Logan resident. Every year my parents, siblings, and their families come to visit me for USU's Homecoming weekend. In the past, this has meant getting 3 hotel rooms several months in advance. However, this year we rented this house in Nibley for the weekend. It was perfect. The house was well maintained, and we were greeted with a plate of cookies. There were enough beds for everybody to sleep in. There was plenty of room indoors for the adults to play board games, watch TV, or talk with each other. We could also relax on the deck or in the hot tub. The play area in the backyard kept the kids entertained. In the evening, there was even enough space for us to play night games. We got a larger area and a better experience for about half the price of staying in a hotel. I would recommend this rental to everybody. If it's available for Homecoming weekend next year, we'll stay there again!

  Absolutely loved the home. Beautifully decorated and warm. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities of home. It was large and spacious. The trampoline gave my adult children a chance to have some competition, my grandson was able to play on the playground set, and my husband and I loved the Jacuzzi. We will definitely be using this nice vacation rental again.

  My family and I very much enjoyed the "opportunity" that we discovered by renting the house in Logan. It was totally awesome. There is now way to compare the difference between a couple of hotel rooms and this house. The three things that were "difference makers" for us was the kitchen, the yard and the hot tub. No, wait, it was also great to have the landry room, too! Oh, and another great thing was the garage! Oh, I almost forgot, the basement for the grand kids was very enjoyable for us, since, we were upstairs and they were down stairs. :) Again, it was great.

  Fantastic stay. The home was especially clean with all the necessary ameneties. Hot tub was bubbly and hot, just like it's supposed to be. It was a large space that easily accomodated our party of 9. The sound of coyote pups off in the hills made my morning.

  We used this home for family members attending a wedding. The beds were comfy, everything was spotless, and we were very happy with the experience. Between the morning wedding and evening reception, the children were able to play on the outdoor equipment, and we had plenty of room to visit, eat and renew our relationships with family and friends. Try to arrive in daylight, as finding the address after dark is a little tricky. Overall, a great experience.

  We rented this property so that our children and grandchildren could be together for the weekend. The house was nicely furnished. The bedrooms were comfortable for the adults and the children slept in the family room on air mattresses. The yard was fantastic and large and the kids played on the play equipment and trampoline and just ran around making up games. The hot tub was nice, too. The owners were eager to please and offered assistance if we needed anything. She even baked cookies for us when we arrived. They were eaten quickly because they were so good. Everything was as it appeared in the listing. We liked MapQuest's directions the best. We had a great time. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, we decided we'd do it again in a heart beat. Thanks so much for a great time!

  I organized a small weekend retreat at Lex and SueAnn's rental home, and it was absolutely perfect. The home is newly updated, comfortably furnished, is in a quiet neighborhood, has beautiful views. The hot tub was so relaxing with the moonlit mountain view. The owners were easy to work with and extremely welcoming and hospitable. Lots of space for group activities, including a nice layout to feed a small crowd buffet-style. The home has wonderful light, large windows. Everyone was happy with this comfortable space that is so convenient to downtown Logan.

  Our stay in this house was everything that we wanted it to be. It was just like being home. The area is beautiful. If we could relocate to the area, we would. Everything we needed, excluding food, was provided at the home. We totally enjoyed our stay.

  Wow....................the best way to describe this property. The owners have thought of everything including home made cookies on the counter when we arrived. The property was very clean, well maintained, and well stocked with everything needed. My family and I hated to leave. I would recommend this property to anyone. The owners were super to work with and check on us our first day to make sure everything was as expected. Great folks! Great property! = Great vacation! Thank you.

  My family and I rented this property for a place to stay during my cousin's wedding and although we have family in the area with home's of their own they ended up hanging out with us! A beautiful home, and property. This was my first experience with VRBO and I was a little skeptical about it and hesitant to move forward. The owners were flexible and understand, working with me as we went. Not to mention, the cookie's she left were amazing! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
