Year Purchased: 2005
We started vacationing in the South Walton area in 1993 and have been returning at least twice per year ever since. Our children have virtually grown up here and we have many family memories from the area. Beautiful beaches along the Emerald Coast, Scenic 30-A runs alongside the Gulf of Mexico and is a quiet family community with easy access to Panama City and Destin.
Why the Owner Chose Seacrest Beach Resort
The home accommodates up to 12 people and is steps away from the fabulous 12,000 sq ft pool that has multiple fountains and cascading waterfalls. The beach is within walking distance but the Seacrest development also offers tram service. Great restaurants throughout the area, as well as shopping. Centrally located with easy access to Panama City Beach and Destin.
