Oceanwalk is a luxury, gated community located on the beachside in wonderful New Smyrna Beach, Florida. This large 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a big sunny balcony is nicely equipped with all the conveniences one could need for a delightful beach get-away-vacation! You can relax in style and have a wonderful vacation in complete comfort! Oceanwalk now features two large Clubhouses, each with a gorgeous pool, hot tub, exercise rooms and BBQ's for your pleasure. This condo is located directly across from the main Clubhouse featuring Tennis, Basketball, Shuffle Board Courts and a Putting Green. Pedestrian access to our oceanfront beach is a relaxing five minute walk away.
You will be pleasantly pleased with this bright, sunny condo featuring a beautiful open floor plan. It is a large two bedroom condo with a spacious, private balcony. It is the perfect place to witness some fabulous sunsets! The master bedroom suite comes with gorgeous hard wood floors, a king size bed with a premium pillow top mattress, a new Flat Screen TV, dresser, night stand and access to the balcony. The large master bath features a whirlpool tub, shower, and double sinks, not to mention a big walk-in-closet. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, dresser and a walk in closet and it too has beautiful hard wood floors.
The kitchen is lovely, bright and opens to the dining and living room, all done in a tasteful, large ceramic tile. The living room has comfy leather furniture and a large flat screen TV. The Dining Room has a lovely, blond wooden dining table and chairs. The utility room is located directly off the kitchen area and is equipped with your own washer & dryer. High Speed Internet access is provided for all guests to use. Secure, gated garage parking is available on the ground floor for all to use during your vacation.
New Smyrna's beaches are the best! You must take time to indulge and enjoy its beauty! One of our favorite places to visit in New Smyrna Beach is Smyrna Dunes Park, located on the most northern tip of the peninsula. It is a pristine, 73 acre park with five ecosystems, ocean, river, dunes, scrub and saltwater marsh. The park is surrounded by water and is a great place for swimming, surfing, fishing, boating and shelling. It is fun to watch the fishing and charter boats come and go out of the Atlantic Ocean via the jetty at Ponce Inlet. Smyrna Dunes Park offers unique opportunities for naturalists, ecologists, students and the general public to view a large variety of animals, reptiles, marine life and vegetation. It is the perfect place to go for a picnic, relax in enjoy a sunrise or sunset! It simply doesn't get any better than this!
New Smyrna Beach is a quaint, seaside community. It is very well known for its beautiful 7 mile stretch of pristine beach, numerous parks, boating, fishing, surfing, golf, great Health Spas, Art Galleries, Fine Restaurants of just about every cuisine and nice, friendly people. New Smyrna Beach is often referred to as the "Mayberry of Orlando!"
NASA Shuttle launches take place from the Kennedy Space Center, about an hour directly to the south of New Smyrna Beach. Launches are breathe taking and truly an event to remember! We highly recommend that you head to the beach for a very special viewing of the next launch. Just look up into the sky towards the southeast!
Guest Comments: "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at N.S.B.'s Oceanwalk (Bldg 7 #306). Our home away from home was very relaxing and comfortable. Being nature lovers we enjoyed the nature walks at each end of the beach and the close proximity to the Space Center, St Augustine and Orlando. The beach was much nicer than expected and every day was a new adventure to find out what the locals had caught that day and what the monstrous sea had swept in from the acrobatic dolphins to the bald headed vultures and the pelicans even on cloudy days the shoreline was most entertaining.
Our complex was well kept with many amenities, a choice of pools and fitness centers. I recommend tennis lovers to bring their racquets. I would definitely recommend Oceanwalk Condo #7-306 to any of my friends wishing to head to this part of Florida! A big thanks to Mary for making us fell right at home!

- New Smyrna Beach has a seven mile stretch of the most beautiful beach on the East Coast of Florida. The Beachside is surrounded by water on all sides which affords us and our visitors a wide variety of water activities to partake in. Some like to walk the beach searching for shells, other like to surf, fish, sit in the sun, watch the space shuttles launch from the Kennedy Space Center, partake in the Fourth of July Fireworks, Go Boating, Jet Skiing, Para Sailing, or just catch some rayes and get a great tan. New Smyrna Beach is a friendly community with lots of fantastic restaurants, art galleries and parks, not to mention our beautiful beaches and waterways. It is a quaint seaaside community that is picturesque, a wonderful place to vacation.....yet it is only a short distance to the Orlando Attractions. Come, relax and enjoy!!!
