Experience luxury and fun at Sea Shell in the gated community of Carillon Beach. The gated community of Carillon is home to great shops and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. Your rental includes chair and umbrella reservations with the cabana beach service. Enjoy live music at "Grooving on the Green" on Wednesdays during season.
This is a 1 level home that is within 136 yards of the beach walkover. Sleeps up to 9 people comfortably.
Master bedroom with King bed and TV/VCR, full bath with shower and tub. Guest bedroom with a Queen bed TV/VCR and full bath, tub and shower. 2nd Guest bedroom with Bunk Double/Twin TV/DVD and full bath with shower and tub.
The living room, with its TV/VCR/DVD/stereo system. There is also plenty of porch space for enjoying the gulf breezes: one off the living room with a swing and wicker furniture, one off the master bedroom screened in with a large picnic table and folding chairs. Outdoor shower located off screened in porch on the north side of the house.
West pool heated all year, east pool only heated during Spring Break.
All guests who intend to have a Wedding at Carillon MUST contact for prior approval.
