This is a very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a newly constructed property. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room.

This property is conveniently located just 30 seconds off the Costanera Highway, on a hill with beautiful ocean and sunset views. The property has an ocean view pool and gazebo for your use as well.
It is within walking distance to the supermarket, internet café, and bank. There are also several great restaurants in the area.
There is air conditioning in the master bedroom, but also a nice breeze coming off the ocean. The master bedroom has ocean views, as well as the kitchen, dining area, and balcony.
The Uvita area has beautiful beaches, some good for surfing and some swimming, tell us what you’re looking for and we will point you in the right direction. Also, there are several excursions in the area worth checking out. The horseback ride to the Nauyaca waterfall is amazing. Also, boats can be taken to Cano Island, which has world class snorkeling and diving. There are also ATV tours of the area available. The area is teaming with wildlife. Many monkeys, iguanas, coatis, and birds (toucans and parrots) call Uvita home.
