The townhouse is located in Villa Marina, Mazatlan, Mexico. Villa Marina is a very secure, gated community with 24/7 security guards on duty. It's located within a 5 minute walk of the beach, just across the street. Villa Marina has a pool, gym, jogging track, children's playground, B-B-Qs, and an outside shower.
This beautiful townhouse is 1200 sq. ft. on two floors. The main floor has, in addition to the living area, a bedroom and a 3-piece bathroom, making the home wheelchair accessible. The upstairs has two bedrooms, a 3-piece bathroom and a den. The backyard is completely tiled and has a gas B-B-Q and wet bar. We have included beach chairs, loungers, toys, beach towels and a cooler to take to the beach.
The townhouse is equipped with a 32" flat screeen TV in the den and TVs equipped with DVD in each bedroom. TVs are hooked up to a satelite service as well as Mexican cable. We have provided a 4MB Internet access and free long distance to the USA and Canada as well as within Mexico. Free local calls within Mazatlan. View our website for more photos and information.
The townhouse is a non-smoking. No cats allowed, dogs can be admitted on a case by case basis.
Minimum stay is 3 days. Payment by cheque or money order.

We've been vacationing in Mazatlan for many years and love the ocean and the small-town feel of Mazatlan. We got tired of the resorts and decided to purchase the townhouse. We love it and hope you will as well.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We love to take our morning walk on the beach and stop at Playa Bruja for a latte at our favorite coffee shop. Take the local bus to Old Mazatlan and soak up the atmosphere of the real Mexico.

I had a wonderful stay at this property and found it to be clean, comfortable and convenient. It is a short walk to the beach and close to transportation. The property is secure in a well managed development with access to a pool and park in a lovely neighborhood. The owners are most accomodating and helpful and I definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a getaway in Mazatlan with all the comforts of home and more....

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful townhouse. It is truly a home away from home. I have spent several winter vacations there and will continue to do so.The pool is just around the corner and the beach is only a few minutes away. This gated community feels very safe and secure.

I have stayed at this home several times now and have found it to be immaculate, clean, bright, cozy and very well taken care of. This home is equipped with everything you would need and more. Property Managers are right on site and available at a moments notice for any problems that arise. Great laundry facilities, beautiful courtyard, close to a beautiful and quiet beach. Very quiet and safe complex, 24/7 guards on duty in this gated community. Close to a convenience store, busses and taxis. Satelite TV, free Internet and a very nice feature is the free calling home.

During our 10 day stay here in december 2009, our group of six had a most wonderful time. This was the first vacation rental any of us had ever stayed in and had no idea of what to expect. The pictures and description on the ad, although wonderful, really do not capture how truly great this townhouse is. We could not get over how well everything seemed to be thought out, and all the comforts of home...and purhaps even more were there for our enjoyment. Absolutly everything you need, and then some is supplied. Now, it has been a few months since we stayed there, and as I said, it was our first time, so I had nothing to compare to...but since then I have stayed in several others in a few other cities and locations. This by far has been the best one I have seen based on the price point. It is scrupulously clean, well arranged, and very well cared for. None of us would have any hesitation whatsoever to return when we are down there again. I personally feel that what you get for what you pay for here, makes it a well worth every penny spent, and then some. The arrangements Mieke made for us to be picked up from the airport and dropped off at the front door was very a nice touch. Thankyou so much for sharing your home away from home with us.
