"Rosebud" is a bright colorful home, centrally located in the west meadow area (Sea Ranch's Best Area). Guests have a short walk to Shell Beach and Walk On Beach to play and watch sea lions. Take a beautiful walk along incredible bluff trails with stunning coastal views or hike through the majestic redwoods. Hike and bike on miles of coastal and forest trails. Guest passes allow renters access to all swimming and tennis facilities. Golf is close by and Kayak rentals are available on the Gualala River. On foggy days you can bask in the sun at the nearby Hot Spot and swim in the river.

My girlfriends and I rented this space for a long scrapbookers weekend. It slept 7 of us easily as it also has a sofa sleeper not mentioned. Lots of space, very comfortable, beautiful home. The beach trails and access are great, lots of tide pools, harbor seals to watch, beautiful restive area. Great size kitchen and amenties to do lots of cooking. The hot tub was great for relaxing too. Hope this is the first year of many to visit this home, was so wonderful. Thanks Rosebud!

My husband & I have stayed here many time in the past few years, as an anniversary escape. This place is in a perfect location not too far away & if you've forgotten anything the stores in town are a short distance away. The private beach is so calm & quiet. Each time we've visted it has been simply perfect weather to sit & have a picnic and enjoy the beach & the surf. The house has a nice private hot tub, sauna, outdoor shower and sun deck. The neighbors aren't too close so you feel quite secluded. with the living space upstairs you get a great veiw of the surrounding areas & the ocean. a short walk down to the beach, you can see deer & foxes, if you are there at the right time you can see seals and their pups. We enjoyed this vacation rental, a great home away from home to enjoy the north coast.
