  We were very happy with our stay at your. It was very clean upon our arrival. This condos is in a great location with several restaurants nearby. You basically put on your beach gear, go downstairs and walk right onto the beach. The beach area there is perfect and doesnt attract the crowds. It was great to have the pool as an option as well. Sometimes the surf was a bit rough so wed go sit by the pool instead. It was nice of the owners to have things in the condo for our use such as beach umbrella, chairs, small cooler. They also have puzzles and board games. My 5 year old spent many hours on the large Disney puzzle and he loved it. Bedrooms are big and each has its own bathroom plus a full kitchen so this place is perfect for maybe 2 families. Wireless internet access worked great and the big flat screen tv in the living room was great. The central AC worked well and was a lifesaver being there in August....very hot outside. The location of this unit is great too because you're not directly over the pool and there is really nothing blocking your view. My favorite thing though and the reason I selected this condo was the views from the balcony. There is nothing like having that gulf view from your balcony, sitting out there every morning drinking my coffee and then again in the evening with some wine watching the sunset over the gulf. I have to remember next time to bring with me a good pair of binoculars. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a quiet stay in a great location and we hope to be visiting again in 2012.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  We just stayed in this condo from April 17-24 with our 3 small children (5, 3 & 2). This was the perfect place for us. Plenty of room in the condo for all of us. A nice kitchen to make many of our meals. The pool is never very busy so the kids enjoyed playing in it. The beach area in front of the building is nice and quiet and not overly populated with people. Views of the sunset from the balcony were great. The overall location is also nice. Close enough to get to everything you want in a short time but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle to have a relaxing time. We have already started talking about finding dates to reserve here again next year. I would like to thank the kind owner for letting us stay here and answering all of my questions prior to booking.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We just completed our vacation in sunny Florida. We enjoyed our stay in your condo, and look forward to our visit again next year. The description of your listing is very accurate as this condo is "well stocked". The photographs shown are exactly what the condo looks like. The condo was very clean and well-maintained, items are here than would normally not be in other condos. I would absolutely recommend this property to other people. There are many tasty restaurants near by, and we always enjoy a round of miniature golf down the road. Our favorite is getting our nightly ice cream treat from a shot across the street. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

  We had a wonderful month in your beautiful condo. The weather and view were terrific too. We will certainly recommend your condo to family and friends.   Had a wonderful stay in your condo. We were down checking out colleges for our youngest son! Loved the view of the Gulf. Condo is clean and nicely decorated. Would return in a minute. Boys went on a guided tarpon fishing trip down in Boca Grande and had the fishing trip of a lifetime! Danny, 17, got a 150 pound tarpon to the boat after about 30 minutes of fight and David, 44, got 2 to the boat 155 & 175 pounds. Thanks so much for a great stay!

  This is our third visit to Hamilton House and our first stay in unit 202. Thank you for providing such a clean well stocked condo. I love the "junk" drawer. How often we need a little scotch tape, a paper clip or a note pad. How nice to have those little extras provided. I do have two suggestions, 1) a holder for paper towels, 2) a clock in the back bedroom. Otherwise everything is perfect. We hope to be back next year. P.S. Restaurants we enjoyed "Pappas" (excellent food, quiet dining), "Durango's Steakhouse" (great steaks & ribs), "Brewmaster" (killer salad, great fish & steak). All these restaurants had quiet dining - no waiting before 6, which is when we ate.

  This is our sixth consecutive year at Hamilton House and our second year in condo 202. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable.   What a beautiful place!! We have been to Hamilton House once before. We are enjoying everything about our stay here. We are so impressed with the condo from the decor & cleanness to the special touches of all the (extras) left for the guests to enjoy. We hope to return every year after our "LONG" cold winters in Ottawa, Ontario. I will never stay anywhere else.

  As usual we always have a great time! This is our 4th yr. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the view is wonderful! We recommend Salt Rock for great fun and wonderful food! The lobster there is "to die for"!! It's the night before we leave and as always we hate to leave but always look forward to the next year.

  Honestly, this place is wonderful. It was beautiful, clean, and had a great view. My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. We really enjoyed the cards and the movies that were left. Plus this place has a great location for all those who are reading this I recommend P.J.'s Bar & Grill. The weather was wonderful and their was an abudance of wildlife in the area.   Very pleased with the condo. Everything was as good as, or better than expected. We had one week of record temperature tempered by a constant breeze. Most of the days were completely cloudless. Coming from a cold wet Spring in Michigan, this was great.

  We had a great time in Florida and in the Hamilton House. Your apartment is wonderful. We liked the furniture, the ocean view and so much more. Little Timmy (2 years) had a lot of fun, he played the whole day in the "big, big sand-box" outside. We hope to come back next year.

  We had a wonderful vacation and a great stay at the Hamilton House. We greatly appreciated the wonderful movies we found in the apartment. The condo was very clean & wonderfully furnished. The room had a beautiful view of the ocean, we had a really relaxing stay. We someday hope to come back to room 202.

  My best friend brought me to Florida, Hamilton House as a 40th birthday gift. Words can not describe how I feel. Your home is beautiful & comfortable, to be able to sit on the balcony and gaze at the Gulf & the sands was so peaceful. This is my first visit here and I have been very, very happy.   I brought my two young daughters for a week stay and we had a fabulous time. It was so perfect to be able to walk downstairs and be right on the beach. The girls loved it. The condo was wonderful for us, we felt so comfortable and the decor was so seaside - we just loved it.
