We are the original owners of this condo and started our family here (pictured). We loved living across the street from the beach and now we want to share that experience with you. Our condo has been completely remodeled, from the ground up, and is now an upscale vacation destination.

We chose this community because the people here are friendly and inviting, and you just can't beat the view of the ocean when you walk out the front door. There are numerous outdoor activities in the area, restaurants minutes away, festivals, concerts, and much more.

You can literally walk across the street and plant your umbrella in the sand. The location is unbeatable. Dana Point Harbor, right down the street, includes shops, restaurants, and activities. Rentals include surfboards, kayaks, jetskis, bicycles, and more. We can also arrange personal surfing lessons at Doheny Beach. The artist colony of Laguna Beach is minutes away and is home to the world renown Festival of The Arts and Pageant of the Masters, as well as shops, art galleries, and local fare.
