This newly remodeled Stinson Beach house-on the ocean is available for your vacation rental fun....skip the high airfares, the nightmare of airport security and outrageous hotel prices! This vacation rental is a great family home but is equally nice for several couples. 4BR/3BA. June through October, one week minimum. Weekend rentals available only from November through May. Two night minimum rental, no exceptions.(PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR-IT IS UPDATED WEEKLY.)
Home on the ocean with private garden and gorgeous dune deck. There is nothing between you and the ocean-except your own private garden. Features include a brand new master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite designer bath, 37" flatscreen and private entrance. Two twin bed bedrooms downstairs share a bath and second romantic canopy king bedded room upstairs with full bath.
Kitchen has a professional dual fuel range & all the tools you need to create masterpieces-or simply reheat them. Great room has dining table seating for 8, wood burning stove and fabulous white water views. The brand new media room has a 47" flat screen, DVD player and DVD library.
Maximum overnite occupancy 8 people(including children). No large parties or weddings. Please be advised this is a Non Smoking property, no smoking on the property inside or outside. PLEASE CHECK the Availability Calendar, which is updated WEEKLY. Thank you!

For our family, Stinson Beach is the perfect getaway! 30 minutes away from home it feels like you are a million miles away. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves, watching the sunset, counting sea lions and pelicans, boogie boarding and enjoying a walk on the beach all make our vacation time fantastic! Stinson Beach has a great bookstore, the market(which has practically everything!) great restaurants and of course soft ice cream cones.....
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home offers a unique setting. The home itself was built in 1949 and feels a little like-as one guest said "it was magically transported from S.F.". We have gorgeous ocean and mountain views with a lush private garden which is warm and tranquil. There is nothing between our home and the beach except our garden and the dunes. Enjoy cocktails on the dune deck, run down to the beach for some swimming and boogie-boarding, read a book in the garden then retreat to the house where you can warm up in front of the fire in the great room and enjoy white water views until the sun goes down!
