We are located in a small, gated community: a quiet retreat, 1.5 miles East of Seaside, FL. Several excellent restaurants, a Seafood Market, and bike rentals are within an easy walking distance.
First Floor: 12 ft ceilings, living area w/ flat screen TV, kitchen w/ granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range; dining room w/ tray ceilings plus half bath, with storage area under stairs. Private covered heated pool (additional charge of $200/wk for heating pool) w/ wet bar and half bath.
Second Floor: media room w/ flat screen TV and DVD player w/ full bath and 1 queen sleeper sofa, kids room with 1 set of bunk beds and 1 day bed w/ trundle TV/DVD combo, second bedroom with queen bed, double vanity in bathroom.
Third Floor: 1 King w/ sitting area, flat screen TV, large bath w/ double vanity & Jacuzzi, separate shower, and 1 queen w/ sitting area, flat screen TV, large bath w/ Jacuzzi and separate shower.
Large window seats are located in both 2nd and 3rd floor hallways with storage space underneath. Outstanding gulf views with French doors on 2nd and 3rd floors.
We also offer wireless internet.
