The lower level is the main living area of the condo with a spacious foyer, powder room and large closet. The foyer flows into an open kitchen, dining and living area with a stone surround gas fireplace. The condo is fully appointed with everything you'll need to appreciate all the amenities of home plus the comfort of mountain living. The living area opens to a patio and shared yard looking out to the mountain range.
Upstairs you'll find a master suite complete with a new king pillow top log bed in the loft. The lounge area down below has a futon sofa for additional sleeping and a balcony to enjoy the mountain views. Across the hall is a second bedroom with a new queen pillow top log bed. Each bedroom has its own bath with tub and shower. The master has a dual vanity.
The condo is new construction so you'll find it well cared for and clean. It contains all new furniture & electronics selected with comfort in mind! For your entertainment there is a 32" flat screen TV with cable & DVD player and an IPod doc. There are games, movies, and books for your fun and relaxation.
In addition, there is a private garage for 2 vehicles and additional off street parking. The clubhouse has a shared lounge with pool table, wet bar, seating area, 42" flatscreen TV and gas fireplace. There is also a workout room and two outdoor hot tubs.
