This terrific remodeled 5 BR/4.5 BA special home with a heated pool* and spa* is the perfect vacation/wedding/reunion home for two or three families, as it includes a separate living and sleeping areas. Not only are you offered two master bedrooms, but two full kitchens, two family rooms and a game room.

This home is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach via a walkway through a canopy of palms and oaks. The heated pool* and spa*are in a very private and sunny setting. Enjoy the water or simply relax poolside.

Or for that occasional day of inclement weather let the family fun begin in the game room featuring ping-pong, foosball, air hockey and a game table offering bumper pool. The main house features tiled floors throughout including the great room. Here you'll find the great room decorated in a beach theme with a 27" TV with DVD. The dining area has a glass table with seating for eight. The modern kitchen with light paneled wood even offers a 20" TV and breakfast bar area.

The first bedroom is the master with a King sleigh bed and has a tray ceiling and offers a 32" TV and DVD. The master bath has an oversized spa tub and tile flooring. The second and third bedrooms have a queen sized bed and two twin beds respectively, with TV's in both rooms. A full hall bath services both of these bedrooms. Additionally, a sleeper sofa is available in a separate sunny cozy Carolina room, which features a 32" TV with DVD, VCR and stereo. Also available off of this room is a tiled full bath, which may be used as a private bath.

Should you have the need to stay "connected" a mini office room has been created. Here you'll have available a computer table and chair with high speed wireless internet access, a fax, copier and printer. Completing the first floor area is the laundry with full sized washer and dryer.

On the other side of this home is the second family area. Upstairs there is a second full kitchen with breakfast bar area. Here too is a trey ceiling family room with a TV, VCR & DVD and half bath. The fourth bedroom is a master bedroom with a king mahogany bed, matching night stand, chest, armoire which contains a TV and DVD and master bath. The fifth bedroom has two twin beds and TV.

Two or three families or the extended family will find this home ideal as it provides tremendous flexibility, comfort and space as well as a fun vacation environment with the ocean, beach, pool, spa and game room.
