My husband and I stayed at this condo for two months and would definitely recommend it. Our hosts were very accommodating and made every effort to have our stay enjoyable. It is close enough to walk to most places and the restaurants in the area are outstanding. If walking was not an option, the trolley & buses stopped within a block or two of the condo.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing.

We loved our stay here. Chelsea was very welcoming, the place is cozy and lovely. We were within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants (Besaw) that opened EARLY (the mixed blessing of coming from east coast to west). The condo was clean, in great shape, well-equipped, and has the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is charming, comfortable and wonderfully situated in a quiet residential area of the very desirable "trendy first" avenue in NW Portland. A short walk took my husband and I to the front doors of four excellent fine dining options, several ecclectic lunch spots and a fantastic independent coffee shop (with a skilled barrista). The building is older, so the floor squeak and you can hear the neighbors at times. That is a minor inconvenience, however. We couldn't have found a hotel at this price, and this is so much better!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.
