Thank you for viewing my beautiful home in paradise. This large home is almost 3000 sq ft.
It's located just 5 minutes from downtown Marathon directly next to Curry Hammock state park between mile marker 56 and 57 the home has has sandy beach in front of the property with on site boat ramp and dock in the rear. The home has a large open floor plan, covered parking, and plenty of room for your boat trailer.
We have direct ocean access with a very large sand bar with white sandy bottom. It's great to relax or shell. We also have protected dockage in the rear, as well as our own small bay - great for water sports such as kayaking and skiing.

Close to everything yet peace and quiet! Ted was great to work with. Although the temperature hit record lows for Marathon you can't beat this great house. A private beach, the kids enjoyed the kayaks, and plenty of room for all 6. We will definitely return on our next trip to Marathon. 5/5 experience!

Wow, it's so nice to find a place that looks exactly like the photos in the ad! This property is so quiet and relaxing. We live in Florida but still felt like we were on vacation because of the beauty of this resort. Ted met us and helped us launch our boat as well as guide us through the water. Sophia gave us some great tips and made us feel welcome from the start. Dev was available to help us put the boat back on the trailer. The weather did not cooperate very well for us, but the people and accommodations certainly made up for it. It could have been very stressful had we been in a hotel room with nothing to do but watch TV, but we were able to relax outside, take the kayaks out, and shoot some great photography (iguanas in the mangroves). Great stay!

My family and I were here in April 2010. The house was beauitful and well taken care of. The area was great. There was so much to do right around the house. We took our boat out every day with easy access from the back dock. We were able to fish off the back dock. There are also kayaks available. We used them and went through the mangroves. It was so beautiful. We also went over to the state park that was only seconds away. There were also hammocks in the front yard that were great for relaxing while the kids played. There was plenty of room in the house. So the next time we stay here we will definaltey bring more of our family to enjoy this experience with. Thank you Ted for all the great advise on where to go and what to see in the area. Look forward to staying in the house again.

Fabulous beach setting with lots of amenities

We were in the area for the 2010 Seven Mile Bridge run and found this fabulous home-away-from-home for the weekend. The house is steps from a private sandy beach with lounges and a hammock, and a dock just outside the back door. Guests enjoy use of several kayaks, with open ocean just around the corner as well as easy access to Curry Hammock State Park. The house is set up with the master/bath on one side and the two addional bedrooms and bath on the other side. The deck wraps around the house and is accessible from the master and one bedroom, as well as the main living area. The kitchen is fully equpped, and there are both gas and charcoal grills available at the house and at the shelter on the beach. The property offers both cable and wireless internet access. Key West is just an hour south, but diving and snorkeling opportunities abound in the immediate area. We visited Crane Point Nature Center, and the Turtle Hospital and the Dolphin Research Center are within 15 minutes as well. We had great food and service at the Cracked Conch, Keys Fisheries (right on the water with tarpon and bird entertainment) and the Sunset Grille and Raw Bar (heated pool and amazing view of the bridge). Ted, the owner, returned calls quickly and answered all questions. Sophia had the house ready for us and was a great sport with our youngest daughter. We highly recommend this property for a restful stay in a gorgeous setting.
