Location: Romulus, Seneca Lake, Finger Lakes, New York, USA (Approx 50 Miles from Rochester & Syracuse & Corning.)

Our cottage is located on the East shore of Seneca Lake in the village of Willard. This is a lake level lot with almost 100' of frontage, an 80' wood dock, stream, and shade. The cottage is about 1/2 hours drive from Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Geneva. Sampsom State Park is about 6 miles north and Lodi State Park is about 6 miles south. The area has the largest concentration of wineries in NYS.

The beach has a gentle slope into the water without a steep drop off. There is one neighbor to the south whose house is not on the lake front. There is a stream separating the property from the neighbor to the north so the spot is relatively private and quiet.

Bonavista Golf Course is less than a 5 minute drive away. The village of Ovid is about 5 minutes away and has a grocery store, pharmacy, laundry mat, McDonald's, etc.
