It is a short walk to pools (three outdoor and one indoor), kids pools, hot tubs, tennis (court fees), volleyball, basketball, driving range, kids playgrounds. POOL PASSES ARE INCLUDED. Golf and tennis schools are available in summer. We are also close to some of the best beaches on the cape, within biking distance. If you can’t bring your own, the resort offers them for rental as well. You can also enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail with 26 miles of paved path for walking, rollerblading or biking, running through the resort property.
During the summer, activities for families are offered several times weekly in the evenings such as movies or cookouts at the pool with a live band. Day activities are offered for kids five days a week.
Captain Golf course is right around the corner and is open to the public.

Year Purchased: 2002
We did things backwards. We purchased our rental property before our primary one, so we are young family who actually lives in the unit in the off season. We've been moving out for four years now and hope to buy a house soon. Then this property will become what it should be - a rental property. Unfortunately, with the economy it has taken us longer than expected.
