Our lovely completely renovated ocean view condo is in the best building at Kihei's best condominium complex, Kamaole Sands. Building 10 is directly across from Kamaole III beach. It is a 2 minute walk to the sand from our door. We have beautiful ocean views from our lanai and out our door.
Our unit is a fourth floor 'penthouse' 2 bedroom, 2 bath with cathedral ceilings. Our kitchen has cherry cabinets, granite counters and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We have beach chairs, sand toys and an umbrella in our lanai closet for your use.
The loft master bedroom has a queen bed, its own bathroom and is reached by an oak spiral staircase. The main floor bedroom has a queen and a twin bed and can accommodate three people. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper.
We provide free wifi internet access, just bring your laptop.

Our stay was wonderful in every way. The condo was clean and very well equipped. The location was perfect to our needs and we would heartily endorse this property to our friends. We hope to return there very soon.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

We spent two lovely weeks here in Fall 2010. We had 4 adults: me, my mother (in her 70s), and my daughter and her husband. We had plenty of room and never felt constrained by the space nor did we feel limited in any way by the accommodations. In fact, the owners asked that we let them know if we needed anything else to make our stay more enjoyable. Kihei was our primary destination, and the condo was very convenient to the boat dock where our dive boat launched. The owners also recommended Cafe Ole and we enjoyed this restaurant so much, we returned two more times. We were disappointed that the unit did not have central A/C, but I am finding that this is a rarity in Hawaii. In fact, we quickly became acclimated to the weather. There were enough ceiling fans and other fans to make the condo comfortable for all of us. Also, I must add that my security deposit was returned more quickly than I have ever experienced! I would definitely recommend this condo and these owners.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
