Clean, fabulous water views from double picture windows, private beach, quiet and restful but 20 minutes to Blue Hill. A tiny, cozy house, surrounded by private beach, swimmable water, deck and tall trees.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and I visited Overlook Cottage last July and truly enjoyed our stay. The private beach was perfect for our dogs and we enjoyed countless walks on the winding dirt road. There is a great deck for cooking out and enjoying drinks after a day at the beach. The cottage was very clean and had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the most amazing views each evening of the sun setting over the pond. It was a perfect getaway spot for a small family. I highly recomend it!

We had a very nice stay at this property. The house was just spacious enough while being cozy, as well as clean and had upto date ammenities. The lake was beautiful, and the area was perfect in proximity for a day trip into Acada Park. We would definitely visit this property again if we have the chance.
