Our approximately 3500 square foot home in Navarre is located in a quiet subdivision directly on the Sound. It's - AT MOST - a 5-minute drive to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world - Navarre Beach! With the home's private 150 foot pier just footsteps from the back door, access to your boat couldn't be easier. Although some of our guests may enjoy the day boating, our private pool or hot tub offers a wonderful gathering area for fun in the sun!
The home is actually on 3-levels. Beginning with the bottom floor, a 2-car garage is located on the east side, a 2-car garage on the west side. Yes, that means there is a 4-car garage!
The lower level also contains storage space for suitcases, fishing poles, etc.. A full-sized bathroom is also conveniently located near the outside door to the pool area.
A sweeping entry staircase is located at mid-front of the home. Upon entering the 2nd level foyer, exceptional views of the sound are evident through the wall of windows directly ahead. Moving forward, the 24X21 great room with 20-foot ceilings and fireplace is the heart and soul of this lovely home. Whether it's a vacation or simply some solitude you're looking for, this home will fit your every need.
The large gourmet kitchen is a magnet for appeal! A private, screened-in balcony surrounded by towering palms is just off the nook area. At almost any angle, you're never away from a gentle breeze or water view. A pantry/laundry room is just steps away from the kitchen and contains a built-in ironing board. Steps leading to the first level of the home are easily accessible from the kitchen area with its screened-in balcony

Lessee must be 25-years of age or older in order to enter into a lease agreement. Lessee must be present and responsible for the supervision of guests during the rental term!
