The Unique Benefits of this House
Whether you've got a new jetski/boat and you're of the lines at the launch site or you're visiting the greater Seattle area, we're centrally located to shopping, restaurants, Microsoft and other employers. Plus, we're on one of the best lakes around. Sammamish is much warmer and less windy than Lake Washington.
