There are pond and golf views and a lanai entrance from the big master bedroom with its king-size bed and private granite bath. Each of the two large guest rooms has a queen-size bed and the spacious den has a queen-size sofa bed. A second full bath also has granite counters and there is an in-house laundry room. The spacious kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a built in desk, with a nearby breakfast area. This residence has an intercom system and is located at the end of the block and thus offers complete privacy in all the living areas. A private elevator provides easy access from the front door or the attached two-car garage. Bring only yourself and your clothes as this home is complete with linens, towels, dinnerware and kitchen equipment.
Pelican Preserve is a beautiful, friendly, gated, 55 plus community with an on-site Town Center featuring multiple amenities and activities. You can dine in the restaurant, watch free movies in the comfortable movie theater, use the fitness center or indoor pool that both offer free fitness classes, relax at the outdoor pool or the spa, play tennis on fine composition courts, fish from the fishing pier, participate in arts and crafts and wood working and upgrade your computer skills at the Cyber center.
