It is very important for us to be able to leave the car parked and just walk or ride a bicycle to the beach or to the shops at Coligny square etc. and Ocean Walk's location is ideal for this purpose!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
In addition to the ideal and convenient location of Ocean Walk we really enjoy the heated indoor pool and hot tub on those rainy or winter days. It truly makes Ocean Walk very unique. In addition our villa is on the 5th floor and gets the morning sun! With ample blinders and curtains though one can choose to sleep in during the morning without worrying that all the morning light will wake one up ...
I love Java Joe's. They have great coffee and free refills. So I buy a coffee to-go and walk to the beach. On my way back I get a fresh refill and my day starts off great!
