This condo is part of Oceania Residences, a beachfront luxury condominium resort located at Eagle Beach, Aruba. Queen Beatrix International Airport, as well as several hotels and fine dining restaurants are a few minutes away.
The Apartment is the closest apartment in the complex to the beach. It is unique, and is the only one with a private pool, private media room and private pool table.
It is located in the ground floor, but it is elevated aprox 10 feet over the beach. You can see our infinity pool, the beach and the Ocean from the living area and the kitchen as well as from the master bedroom.
The social area has a living room, a dining table for 12 and a fully equipped kitchen, with a bar and stools. The unit has a private garden, private (10´x 20´) infinity jetted pool overlooking the Caribbean, and a deck and terrace with outdoor furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a glass sliding door that looks directly to Eagle Beach.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, plus a full bed. Downstairs there is a media room with leather furniture, as well as a pool table. Also downstairs there is a bedroom with its full bathroom. This bedroom has a king size bed, a twin size sofa bed and a full bed.
Adjacent to the social area there is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms lockout unit. This lockout has a master bedroom with a king size bed. The living room has a kitchenette and a full size sofa bed. This lockout has a private garden, a private exterior hot tub and a terrace with a dining table overlooking the ocean.
The lockout unit can be rented completely independent from the main unit. This means that our condo can be rented in different options:
- a 5 bedroom/5 baths unit (with private pool and private hot tub) or
- a three bedroom/3 baths unit (with private pool) and
- a one bedroom /2 baths unit (with private hot tub).
The 3 bedroom unit and the one bedroom unit, have different rates of the ones listed here. Please ask if you are interested in either option.
The condominium complex offers on premises: 3 ocean view swimming pools, 2 fitness centers, a business center, tennis, racquet ball and squash courts; playroom for small children; pool and foosball tables. It is located a few steps from Aruba's most beautiful white sand beach, Eagle Beach.
Aruba hotels charge approximately 40%, over their published rate. Our rate is a final rate, we do not charge anything extra. It includes arrival and departure cleaning fees.
Nearby you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, water sports, casinos, and golf at Robert Trent Jones II 18 hole championship golf course or at the striking and conveniently located Divi's 9 hole course.

our family of ten vacationed here the week following christmas and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. we were very comfortable and had plenty of space. the views from the living room were awesome. we had left snow and were thrilled to be in 80 degree weather for a week. we learned that the arubians really love their fireworks as the displays up and down the beach on new years eve were spectacular. we had the best view from our patio. the kitchen was laid out nicely and quite accommadating for the cooks in our family. also having 2 grills was very nice as we chose to cook in a couple of nights. there were plenty of dishes and silverware to go around, too. the media room was nice, especially the projection tv for the sports fans in our family. we will definitely consider this condo in the future if we choose to vacation in aruba again.

From the moment we and our 2 children with their families arrived, we loved your beautiful, tranquile and spacious home! The arrangement of the home was such that all 3 families felt they had their own space. And the ocean views were spectacular!. The private pool and the terrace were great!. We hope to return sometime. Thank you for such a memorable experience in Aruba.

We stayed at the condo at the end of March 2010. It is absolutely beautiful and the photographs do not give a good sense of its size - it is huge! We loved having our own infinity pool, but also enjoyed access to the larger pools of the complex and it is such close proximity to the gorgeous Eagle Beach too. There is still some construction going on in the complex but it did not interfere with the enjoyment of our vacation. The owner was extremely professional and responded quickly to all my inquiries. Several good restaurants are within walking distance, although we would recommend hiring a car to visit Oranjestad and Palm Beach. We had a wonderful vacation at the Oceania and will hopefully be back soon!
