An abundance of beautiful fish makes for great snorkeling. Or, you can simply relax and enjoy life on the beach. The beautiful gardens surrounding this home are filled with tropical flowers, banana trees, and plants from the jungle. The open terraces of El Regalo offer a relaxing place to enjoy the spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and Cozumel Island to the east, and beautiful sunsets over the green jungle to the west. A short walk past Mayan ruins will bring you to the Cozumel ferry dock and Playa del Carmen's colorful Fifth Avenue Pedestrian Walkway. There you can enjoy shopping opportunities, fine dining and evening nightlife.
This 3-story vacation home has a spacious living room, dining room, a large modern, well-equipped kitchen, 4 large bedrooms with beautiful mahogany wardrobes, and three full bathrooms. There are fans in all rooms; all bedrooms are equipped with individual air-conditioners. This home is designed for individual comfort, while providing space and atmosphere for a relaxed gathering of friends and family.
The first level has an entry vestibule, three elegant bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room and a terrace. On the second level there is a master bedroom, one bathroom, spacious dining room, a kitchen any gourmet chef will enjoy, a gorgeous living room with satellite network TV, DVD, tape player, a wet bar and a terrace. There are open, furnished terraces with beautiful views on the 3rd and 4th levels.
