This spacious 4-bedroom/3-bath Beach Villa is located in the secure, gated, beachfront community of Playacar Phase 1 - on the southern edge of Playa del Carmen. This is the best vacation spot in all of the Mayan Riviera. It is just steps from the home's front door to the white sandy beaches and blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. An abundance of beautiful fish makes for great snorkeling. Or, you can simply relax and enjoy life on the beach. The beautiful gardens surrounding this home are filled with tropical flowers, banana trees, and plants from the jungle. The open terraces of El Regalo offer a relaxing place to enjoy the spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and Cozumel Island to the east, and beautiful sunsets over the green jungle to the west. A short walk past Mayan ruins will bring you to the Cozumel ferry dock and Playa del Carmen's colorful Fifth Avenue Pedestrian Walkway. There you can enjoy shopping opportunities, fine dining and evening nightlife.
This 3-story vacation home has a spacious living room, dining room, a large modern, well-equipped kitchen, 4 large bedrooms with beautiful mahogany wardrobes, and three full bathrooms. There are fans in all rooms; all bedrooms are equipped with individual air-conditioners. This home is designed for individual comfort, while providing space and atmosphere for a relaxed gathering of friends and family.
The first level has an entry vestibule, three elegant bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry room and a terrace. On the second level there is a master bedroom, one bathroom, spacious dining room, a kitchen any gourmet chef will enjoy, a gorgeous living room with satellite network TV, DVD, tape player, a wet bar and a terrace. There are open, furnished terraces with beautiful views on the 3rd and 4th levels.

After a long day of travel from the upper midwest in the U.S.A., we arrived at El Regalo. A beautiful and welcoming villa that was comfortable and efficiently met our needs. Just a minute walk to the white sandy beaches and the most beautiful blue sea we've ever witnessed. The terraces of El Regalo are open and inviting for enjoying the beautiful weather of this seaside community. We were are to prepare most of our meals (except when we dined at some of the fabulous local eateries) while enjoying our morning coffee or evening margaritas. The home is well stocked with plenty of linens and a laundry facility. Sleeping was comfortable in each of the airconditioned bedrooms and the three bathrooms accomidated all of our traveling party without compromise! We opted for the daily delivery of fresh bottled water for our drinking and cooking, easily worth the small fee. The gated community felt very safe as we strolled the neighborhood and beaches at our leisure.... All in all, we appreciate the opportunity to spend time in this beautiful home during our getaway to the Yucatan!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
