This is a wonderful home with amazing lake and mountain views. A great vacation spot for adults and children. It is lakefront property but on a Point and off the main, busy road. Close to stores and shopping but away from the crowds.
The downstairs is cooled by a swamp cooler and the upstairs (master BR/BA) has A/C. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. The great room has a pellet stove and the living room has a Monitor heating system to use as needed. The backyard is ready for fun and relaxation with grass, patio, fan, gas bbq, patio furniture and umbrellas. The dock is great for fishing and swimming, and it's right out your back door. The fishing in this area is one of the best on the lake.

Why the Owner Chose Lakeport
We spent many growing up years on Clearlake and decided that we wanted a second home/vacation rental in the area. It's not too far from the bay area, and a great destination for vacationers from anywhere. There is lots to do....water sports, wine tasting at several wineries around the lake (even one you can get to by boat), golf and summer time concerts on Friday evening at Library Park, just minutes away by boat or car, and the list goes on. . It's also close to Konocti Harbor Inn which has indoor and outdoor concerts year round.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The property is about 10 minutes from downtown Lakeport. It is on a point/peninsula with only about 12 homes. While directly on the lake, it is off the main road. Nature is all around you and you will wake to the many different species that inhabit the area. The house is laid out well for entertaining and flow to the backyard and the lake. There are two TVs with satellite, one in living room, one in the great room, so everybody's happy.
