We stayed in this wonderful vacation home over the Thanksgiving holiday. When they say they have a gourmet kitchen they are not kidding. I cooked the entire Thanksgiving feast in this wonderful kitchen. Could not have ask for anything else. The house was great and the home owner was wonderful in answering questions. This is truly a great vacation home. The pictures are very accurate but do not do the house justice. The home was clean and well maintained. I would defiently recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Myrtle Beach area. We travel to this area quite frequently due to fact that my husband has family that lives in the area. This is by far the nicest place we have found to stay. We hope to return each and every time we are in the area. Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful home !!!!

WONDERFUL HOUSE!

We just got back from our vacation yesterday and it was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed!!!! New home, beautiful upgrades, spacious rooms, amazing kitchen, fantastic hot tub & pool, wonderful waterway views, quiet neighborhood, homes are spaced out so lots of privacy, clean, clean, clean and on & on. Many times we opted to stay at the property to enjoy the amenties rather than venture out. Also, the landlords were great! The tenants before us did not take care of the home and they called us to let us know that maintenance was on their way to fix the problem. Maintenance was friendly and professional and had the problem fixed right away. The landlords take great pride in their property and up keep which definitely shows! The location was great too. Close to the beach and other great sight seeing adventures. We are extremely picky about our properties and this one is definitely a five star !!!! Can't wait to come back next year!!! A must stay!!! Thanks for the use of your lovely home....

Watch Out!

We recently rented this house and the owners called us after our stay claiming that we damaged a door. We did not do this damage and communicated very clearly that the damage was done prior to our arrival. We were pretty shocked at the way they treated us and continue to treat us and would not recommend this place to others.

Owner response:In response to the review above..... We strive to be a cut above and are selective as to who rents to protect the integrity of this rental for all to enjoy! Our rental speaks for itself and so do all the previous guests that have enjoyed it aswell. :) I have a full staff that is committed to running this house to make it as nice and affordable as possible. My staff reported the damage immediately following your check out that day and reported it to me as they should. There was no communication to us that the elevator door was completely smashed (missing large pieces) and kicked off the hinges. Once I called to ask about the door, he proceeded to deny they did it. Although admitted they used the elevator during their stay. Which would be extremely difficult with the door kicked off the hinges and didn't notice the major damage? Bottom line, If you damage folks personal property you should pay.Thats why all rentals have a refundable security deposit in place. I would think most folks would agree.....

What a delightful, restful 3-days we had at this beautiful home. It exceeded our expectations! We explored the area, hung out by the pool(even though it was chilly) and enjoyed the hot tub!
