Our condos have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need, but if you choose to dine out, the island has more than 170 restaurants. There is a queen-size bed, single bunk, and a queen size sleeper sofa. Complete set Bed Linens, Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Dish Towels supplied. The end unit has extra windows which gives you more views to enjoy as well as the ocean breeze. Washers and dryers are available in the building. Pick up the bike trail at the resort for 40 miles of trails to explore the island.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a gated resort with 24 hour security. There is a playground, picnic area with grills, ten lighted tennis courts and basketball courts. Enjoy a snack or lunch at the pool side bar and grill, lunch or dinner at the Zone Aports Bar and resturant. There are two full-size pools, one is the largest on the island. There is also a kiddie pool for the little ones! In season - bike rentals available, ocean/poolside cafe. There is also an onsite general store. Hilton Head has lots of shopping, more than 500 specialty and outlet shops from all price ranges. Other activities minutes away include deep-sea fishing, crabbing, nature cruises, and golfing. From the island historic Charleston, South Carolina is 2 hours away and Savannah, Georgia 45 minutes away.

Our first visit to HHI will not be our last as the condo was perfect for my husband and I to have a relaxing getaway. The weather was great, location beyond superb and the equipment at the condo exactly what we needed. Sunrise is at a very doable 7 AM in November and the deck was the perfect location to enjoy coffee while watching the sun break through the horizon. We had weather and the adjacent beach that was perfect for walking and biking, dolphin watching and excellent shelling. The condo was pristine and ready for us to simply unpack and relax. We hope to make it an annual event and if we are lucky we will be back even sooner than November.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

It was an awesome view, especially when the sun came up. Very enjoyable and extremely clean, which is always a plus. I don't understand the need for the fountain when you have the ocean to see and listen to and I personally have no need to see the pool, but that's just me. The condo had everything I could possibly need. It was a very quiet stay, not many people around, which I loved. Owners were very easy to work with and very quick email responses. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

I can't say enough about this condo. Just perfect for a small family. It has all the comforts of home. We went to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis for spring break with our 5 and 2 yr olds. We had friends go down at the same time and stayed in a condo there as well on the 3rd floor in Bldg B too. They kept gushing about how great our condo was compared to theirs. This condo is a corner unit with a awesome view. You get more windows with the corner unit and it feels larger than it b/c of all the mirrors and light the condo has. We loved how close we were to the pool and beach. Also, the playground, grills and bike rental were all within walking distant...so great for kids! Our kids had a blast. We went to the beach all day then hit the playground early evening. Adults can grill and keep an eye on the kiddos while they play. Thanks so much. Hope to return next year.
