Year Purchased: 1984
Our contact person Becky has lived in the area all of her life and has been in property management for the last 15 years. We all enjoy the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting, which is why we live in the Northwoods. We also enjoy dining out, vacationing, football and snowmobiling.
Why the Owner Chose St. Germain
Prigge's Bear Cub is owned by 6 members of the Prigge Family, who use to own Prigge's Birch Lane Resort where the Bear Cub is located. We built the Bear Cub in 1985 for our beloved Grampa Pat to live in when he retired. After his passing we decided to keep the Bear Cub in the family and rent it out for other people to enjoy.

St. Germain is a friendly small town with small town values and good folks. There are many things to see and do within a 30 mile drive of our town.
