This Beautiful, private, all custom house on an acre with 300+ feet of Sonoma Creek frontage in Kenwood was just completed in June. There's a 16' x 33' solar heated pool with an auto cover that's great for kid safety.
Surrounding the pool and house is 2240 sq ft of Brazilian ipe wood decking and a 12' x 12' permanent cabana with comfortable Pottery Barn seating. There are two king bedroom suites with private bathrooms and a third bedroom with a pillow-top queen bed and a separate bathroom with an oversize tub/shower. Both suites feature unbelievably comfortable W Hotel pillow-tops mattresses, down comforters, Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein linens. The master bath has a steam shower and 2 person Wet Style soaking tub overlooking the creek. The floors are wide light white oak and all baths are light Italian limestone. The living room and Master bedroom have 40" Sony LCD TV's. The other two bedrooms have smaller TV's. The living room has a large cast concrete wood burning fireplace and there's a remote control gas fireplace in the master bedroom.
Top of the line stainless KitchenAid chef's kitchen with 42" built in counter depth fridge, separate under-counter wine fridge and 6 burner Aga Legacy 43" range. There's a wooden dining table on the deck with chairs and benches and a 36" top of the line KitchenAid stainless gas grill. There's also a small creek-side petanque court and a big driveway for kids to play and ride bikes safely. Eat anything from the organic garden - tomatos, zucchini, chard, basil etc. The house is gated for privacy with a wrap around driveway so lock yourself in and enjoy! $700/NT. $200 cleaning fee.
