This condo is fully furnished with West Indies style decor. There is a 48" inch projection TV in the living room.
Treasure Island is in a great location on the quiet east end of the beach next to St. Andrews State Park. It has a 120 foot long heated pool, kiddie pool and Gazebo, fitness room with Ocean view and game room.
Our unit is located on the perfect 6th floor. You have a covered parking space on level three and then take one of the two high speed elevators to the 6th floor, or you can drive up to the top level of the parking garage, park in one the spaces there and walk right into your unit 606 without using the elevators.
The unit accommodates up to six guests. It has two bedrooms and built-in bunk beds, two full baths, washer and dryer in laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and 30' x 9' wide beach front balcony.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed and opens up onto the balcony. The additional bedroom has a queen size bed.
This resort is family friendly. No pets or smoking allowed and no one under 25 years of age allowed to rent unit.

My husband and I own a farm in South Georgia. We started investing here in Panama City Beach about 10 years ago. We now live in a condo here and I sell Real Estate. We purchased Treasure Island and decorated it with the intentions of selling it but the market changed around so we decided to rent it out.

My husband, two boys and myself just returned from Treasure Island #606, and it was absolutely wonderful!! The condo is immaculate and tastefully decorated. VERY CLEAN on arrival and parking on the 6th floor with entrance right off the parking lot was very convenient. We loved the shower in the master bathroom with two shower heads. We actually saw the dolphins playing in the ocean from the balcony twice! We felt at home and relaxed here, and highly reccomend this unit to anyone going to PCB. Thank you, Debbie, for sharing your little piece of paradise with myself and my family for a very memorable vacation. We are looking to book again for next year!!
