The home is tastefully decorated, was remodeled four years ago, and includes updated appliances and three flat screen televisions. The house also has a two car garage and electric garage door opener.
The home is well suited to adults or families, but is not appropriate for toddlers.

Why the Owner Chose Pacific Heights
Pacific Heights is one of the most scenic and park-like settings in Northern California, offering panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, the San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz and the Presidio. Our house is situated across the street from a beautiful park called Alta Plaza Park, which has sweeping SF Bay views, tennis courts, a children's playground and considerable green grass, trees, and free space. The house is two blocks from the upscale shops and restaurants on Fillmore Street and only five blocks from the same on Union Street. From the house, it is a 20 to 30 minute walk to the Golden Gate Bridge and the beach at Crissy Field.

My wife and I are a married couple in our 40's with two children. We are both semi-retired from the high technology business, and enjoy travelling as a family to different parts of the world to get away and teach our children about other people, places and cultures.
