This property has one of the most gorgeous views on the beach. This three story townhome overlooks Little Bay Sabine which is an ideal swimming area, especially for children since there are no riptides. There are plenty of seagulls, herons, ducks and pelicans that call this bay home.
A pier for docking boats and fishing in front of the house makes this home especially appealing. There is a grassy beach on the bay side, but if you prefer a white sandy beach, the Gulf of Mexico is just across the street. There is a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from the southward facing windows. The furniture throughout the house is very comfortable, ensuring a cozy, fun, relaxed atmosphere. The fireplace in the living room adds a romantic touch to those summer evenings.
The location is within walking distance of all restaurants, stores, and recreational activities on the beach. There is a paved trail for walking or riding bikes that runs the entire length of the beach. Whether you like to shop, surf, listen to live bands, parasail, jet ski, go mini golfing, go deep sea fishing, or just sit on the beach watching a gorgeous sunset, there's plenty to do for everyone. The Civil War fort at the west end of the island is an adventure for everyone. The Fort is managed by the Department of Interior and provides daily tours.
