They are located in the most desirable area of the historic center of Merida in Yucatan, Mexico, next to the Main square (Zocalo) and to the famous Paseo de Montejo. Merida is 30 minutes drive from the Yucatan beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.
The house has two bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. Garden level: a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a patio. Second floor: a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, with a view to the swimming pool.
