We enjoyed a beautiful couple of spring days at this beautiful home. The house is very clean and had plenty of towels, extra bedding, etc. The kitchen was well equipted for us to prepare meals and the view from the table is amazing. We decided to only eat out one night. The house is stocked with lots of games to keep the family entertained, too. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The owner is very easy to deal with and everything went very smoothly. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely beach house. The view from inside and on the deck is magnificent. There is plenty of room for a large family.

Beautiful home with amazing views of lake. Easy access to downtown and Timber Ridge resort where our snowshoe race took place. Had a bit of problem keeping house warm but owner was easily accessible and helped with addressing this issue. Amenities and location for this rental can't be beat.

The Sunset Beach House was perfect for our girls vacation get away! The house is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. The view through the floor to ceiling windows that face the Grand Traverse Bay is spectacular. We enjoyed paddling around on the provided kayaks and had campfires on the private beach. We also went wine tasting and did the zip line at Pirate's Cove near by. We will definitely stay here again!

We went to Sleeping Bear Dunes, concerts at Interlochen, played mini-golf at Pirates Cove, went shopping and dining in Traverse City, rode the Tall Ship Manitou, went kayaking, swimming, fishing, went to the Music House Museum. Had Moomers ice cream! We loved it here, and made many wonderful memories.

Walked on the beach and learned to skip rocks. Played games, went wine tasting, shopped in Traverse City. Beautiful views. Being together as former college roommates who now all live in different states for a relaxing weekend.

First time to this area and we were celebrating our 49th anniversary. This was a perfect place. The sunsets were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the swans and other water birds. We loved your place, the view couldn't have been more perfect. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Played golf at the Resort courses. The team had fun on the courses and on the beach. The team is not as good at golf as they think they are, but they are working on the little things to get better. Great time and can't wait to come back.

Went shopping, wineries, yummy food, fun bonfire on beach, beauty of Traverse Bay, beautiful sunsets, relaxing walks. We are excited to come back. Lovely place, lovely stay!

We played golf, had pumpkin beers, homemade lasagna, played euchre, had bonfires, watched the sunset with some cocktails, took photos. Re-visited favorite spots from many years of family vacations to Traverse City. Really enjoyed each others company, relaxing and laughing. Wonderful place! Plan to book for summer trip, enjoy the beach and bring more family with us. Thank you!

The weather was perfect. Just relaxing on the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the deck during the days. We had a great vacation, enjoyed the house and the beach.

Golfed in the Traverse City Invitational, had a nice fire on the beach. The boys had a blast. What mattered the most is we got to know each other. Came together as a team. This will be a weekend they will not soon forget. Thanks for the memories!!

We came as two and left as one! Married on the main deck with swans in the background. The sunrise and sunsets, listening to the waves first thing in the morning. We had a wonderful stay! Than you for the great memories.

We stayed at the Sunset Beach a couple a weeks ago and had a blast. The home is beautiful and the sunsets are amazing. Our family is large and ranges from 70-8 yrs old and everyone had an amazing time. We rented a boat and a couple kayaks which everyone enjoyed. We also set up some tents so the kids could sleep under the stars. The fire pit became a nightly ritual. We greatly appreciated the large supply of beach towels and toys! Perfect for family getaways! Quiet and serene location!

We had campfires on the beach, snorkeling, building sand castles, kayaking, went to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Our 5 month old daughter experienced the beach and sand for the first time. We got the whole family together from all over... sitting around a campfire together, eating the best ice cream in America. Thank you for this wonderful experience. Beautiful cabin, land, and area. We will remember this trip forever.

We went kayaking, boating, tubing, water skiing, lots of fishing, swimming, rock collecting, and had bonfires. Can't get enough of the sunsets! Thank you for the wonderful memories that my family experienced during the week. Our memories are priceless!
