My wife and I have cottaged in Muskoka since childhood and we continue to be drawn to the peace and tranquility of this beautiful area.
Why the Owner Chose Muskoka
Location, Location, Location! This property is 2 hrs from Toronto just outside Port Carling, known as "The Hub of the Lakes". Many properties on the "Big 3" Lakes; Muskoka, Rosseau and Joseph are very remote and isolated. This property is the best of both worlds with serenity and privacy while being 5 minutes to amenities like shopping and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
The easy access, single-level cottage sits a mere 30 feet from the water and has expansive lake views from the living area through the double patio doors and the large deck. The level lot and shallow beach area are unusual and sought after features in Muskoka, providing safety for all ages. For those more adventurous, swim out a bit and bask in the sun on a mini rock island.
