Our Condo:
Luxury Condo located in the Rubi building, unit 401 This forth floor unit give you great views. Furnished with the highest quality furniture. The condo has over 2900 sq. ft. including the patios. We take great pride in our condo and guarantee to give you the best prices allowed at Las Palomas. What makes our unit better than others? Our condo has view of both the Ocean and the Golf Course with two separate patios. The furnishings are esquite. The very large patio has two cement, with tile inlays, tables for your enjoyment. The condo has a lockout bedroom which is a second master bedroom and can be accessed by a second entrance door. We have had nothing but compliments from our guests on our condo. Many of the amendities for Las Palomas are located in the Rubi Building!!
Condo features:
We loaded our condo with electronics, an extra large TV with a VCR and DVD player in the living room. All bedrooms offer King Size Beds and Large TVs. We have 2 master suites...one with an ocean view & one with a kitchenette right in your room (mini fridge, microwave, sink, & cabinets). All beds offer Top-of-the-Line mattresses. A Gourmet Kitchen with a coffee pot & tons of other top-of-the-line appliances, gadgets, & Granite Countertops. The bathrooms have Marble & Travertine, hair dryers, extra-Large Walk-In Showers & 2 soaking tubs. Large Dining Room Table with seating for 6 plus an additional 6 bar stools at the breakfast bar. We have included several games & movies for your enjoyment. Our condo offers Purified Water, Air-Conditioning, Laundry room with a full sized washer/dryer, sink, iron & full sized ironing board. HUGE Private Balcony, almost 700 sq. ft. off the family room & master bedroom plus a private balcony off the front master suite!!

2. Request Condo. RUBI 401
3. State you want the owners preferred rate. (Lowest rate available)

4. Costs: $260 per/night (Sun-Thur) and $315 (Fri-Sat), Tax 5.5%.
5. If Las Palomas is running a lower rate special you will be given that rate.
6. Complete transaction with Las Palomas

8. When you arrive check in at the front desk.
RENTERS BEWARE: If you find a similar unit offered for less money on VRBO or any other website you WILL NOT be getting all the services that make Las Palomas a 4 Diamond Resort such as: daily maid service, room service, 24/7 front desk assistance for appliances, internet, telephone, A/C or the door key. You also cannot be assured of the quality of the unit, its furnishings and accessories as that unit will not have met Las Palomas minimum standards for the resort approved and managed Rental.

Their is so much to do in Rocky Point from all the beach activities, the four wheeling in the desert, collecting shells, scuba diving, fishing, eating out, and many more activities. It is a fun place to be.

Gary Julkowski is a father of four and a grandfather of 9 with the 10th to arive in September. Mark Seburg is Gary"s son-in-law with a wife and two kid one 4 years old and the other 2 years old. We are both from Minnesota. We would like to come to the condo more often but it a long distance. Mark and Gary are co-owner of the condo.
