Ocean Sands in Madeira Beach is conveniently located with the Tampa International Airport and the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport only a 30 minute drive. This beautifully furnished condo has 1300 square feet of spacious living space and a 30 foot balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. You can relax on the balcony, enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and take in the sound of the waves lapping up on the beach. You may even sight some dolphins as they frolic in the Gulf.
When you head for the beach, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and beach toys are in the unit and available for your use. The heated swimming pool, hot tub, sundeck and shuffleboard, all just below the balcony, are for your enjoyment, too.
The condo has a large master bedroom with a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a double vanity/dressing area, bathtub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds (can be made up into a king size bed) and there is a second bathroom with a shower. We have new pillow-top mattresses in the bedrooms and good quality linens throughout the condo. The large gourmet kitchen has new granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances and includes a convenient eat-in area. The second bedroom and the kitchen have a water view of the Boca Ciega Bay. The living and dining areas are newly furnished and offer a roomy and comfortable place for gathering and watching the gorgeous evening sunsets.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
There are grocery stores and many restaurants within walking distance. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a popular historic fishing village where you will find gift and specialty shops, restaurants, and water craft rentals. Deep-sea fishing trips, and dolphin-watch nature cruises can be taken from there. John's Pass is a 45 minute beach walk or a 5 minute drive by car or Beach Trolley. You may also enjoy a day trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa or Disney in Orlando. Disney is about a 90 minute drive.
