This Southeaster condo has the best views of the beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Located on the second and third floors of the complex, our condo is a large oceanfront unit with the kitchen, living room, dining room, and half bath located on the lower floor. There is a stacked washer and dryer conveniently located in the half bath.
The recently redecorated bedrooms are on the upper floor: the nautical-styled master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms.
The condominium complex is located on the section of the beach not accessible to cars, making your beach experience more enjoyable. There are two large pools, two toddler pools, and a beachfront sunbathing deck where you can relax, listen to the sound of the breaking waves, or read a book. And, an early morning walk on the beach as the sun is rising is a beautiful way to begin your day.
Condo amenities include: phone, air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, VCR, microwave, dishwasher, full kitchen and all linens provided. Please note that this unit is non-smoking, and no pets are allowed.
On site activities include 2 large pools, 2 small pools, 2 tennis courts, basketball court & a shuffle board court. There are also local activities in New Smyrna Beach, including deep sea fishing charters, bike and kayak rentals, and boutique shopping.
New Smyrna Beach is about a 1 hr. trip across Interstate 4 to the Orlando theme parks and attractions. The Kennedy Space Center is located 45 minutes to the south and the Daytona Speedway is located 20 minutes to the north, just off of Interstate 95.
Grocery shopping is easily accessible, and there are a number of excellent restaurants, including Boston's Fish House, Norwood's, New Smyrna Beach Steak House, and Flip Flop's.
