It has a large,16x25ft. open air patio overlooking the Ocean with a view of Seven Mile Beach from end to end. The patio provides front row seats to the magnificent Grand Cayman sunsets. At night you can fall asleep to the calming sounds of the Ocean right outside your condo.
The complex provides the perfect balance between the privacy of your own condo and the amenities of a four star resort. The condo complex has its own private beach, two fresh water swimming pools, a freshwater hottub, a children's wading pool, and the in-pool swim up bar and grill. There is a marine park off the beach which is ideal for snorkeling.

Perfect holiday at this condo. It is clean, spacious, perfectly located and without a doubt the best place I have stayed in the Cayman's. The cove was perfect for the new snorkelers in our group. The beach sand is fabulous, the fresh water shower on the way to pool is perfect, the hot tub, the swim up bar - everything is clean and inviting. My very favorite spot in the condo is on the large balcony. Whether it was in the morning, watching the sun set in the evening, or after dark gazing at the stars it was perfect. The owners were great to work with. How many times can I say PERFECT?
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We've been coming to Grand Cayman for over 15 years and by far this is our favorite condo. Spacious, fantastic view, great location and TI vastly improved the beach area earlier this year. THis was our second time here and we'll be back next year. Had a friend stay with us last July and he came back with his family this past May. Owners are real easy to work with and laid back. A great time all around. When visiting, check out Cayman Turtle Divers and the shore diving off of Macabuca!

WE LOVED IT!! This condo was perfect for a family. The 3 bedrooms were clean and well maintained. The patio is HUGE and offers an awesome view of the sunset and cruise ships. The kiddie pool and swim-up bar make this feel like a resort with all the amenities of home. We are already booked for next year.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and in a great location. My favorite part was our private happy hour on the condo patio overlooking the ocean during sunset. What a perfect way to unwind after the awesome snorkeling. The only bad thing was that we were only there for a long weekend. We can't wait to book for next year.
