Diamond Peak ski resort is so close that you can relax on the deck and watch the skiers and snowboarders whiz down the mountain or head out to join them yourself. If you would like to experience some of Tahoe's other ski resorts, Squaw Valley is 40 minutes away, Northstar-at-Tahoe is 30 minutes away, and Mt. Rose just 15 minutes away.
