Capitol Hill is a very desirable, up-scale neighborhood located minutes from downtown Seattle. There are 30+ restaurants in a 1 mile radius. You will have access to our bicycles and use of our car is negotiable. The backyard is wonderful, we have dinner on the back deck as much as we can, and there is a new big toy/swing set for the kids.
The basement has a 58" big screen with all the sports, movies, and XBOX you can consume. Wireless internet throughout, washer/dryer, wood burning and gas fireplace, lot's of great places to read, relax, and enjoy city of Seattle.
The house sleeps 4 adults (2 in master, 2 in spare room in basement - each has own bathroom). We have 2 daughters (ages 1 & 4) so there is also a crib and child's bed available, each in their own room. Plenty of toys, outside play structure, and much to do for the kids.
Recent renovations include chef's kitchen, breakfast area (hand crafted from 100 year old floors), new basement suite (bathroom/bedroom/media room), jacuzzi tub & steam room in master bath, and garage for parking & storage.

My family (wife and 2 children) is Canadian and have lived in the US for 10+ years. This summer we are looking to vacation somewhere in Europe for 3 weeks in August. I am in technology sales in the Financial Services Industry and my wife is currently taking time off from teaching at the local University. My children are ages 1 & 4 - and the house is very applicable to a family of equal size.

Capitol Hill is a very safe, clean, desirable neighborhood with easy bus access, close to shopping, restaurants & parks. The summer is also a great time to be in the back yard enjoying dinner with a glass of wine.

Our home is 1 block away from Volunteer Park, 1 block away from the Volunteer Park Cafe, 1 block from the No. 10 bus to downtown (10 min ride). Excellent access to/from down town Seattle and freeways.
