With more than enough space for families or large groups, this amazing custom home truly has to be seen to be appreciated. Large living areas, with great room on main level adjacent to kitchen and dining room featuring soaring ceilings and views and moss rock fireplace. A large den / study room is located off the great room for reading and privacy, a foosball area is located off off of the study, and a hallway leads to the media room with access to the private hot tub. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, plus a den with a sofa for additional living space.
Located less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge, and the Breckenridge Ski Area. The public Breckenridge Golf Course is on site. This home has easy access to the town of Breckenridge and Highway 9 on all paved roads.

"Love the home and the location!" Fantastic home with incredible views from every room! 4 huge rooms with king size beds and room to spare! The kids love the bunk room! Huge living spaces and large kitchen in which we cooked and awesome Thanksgiving meal!
