This New professionally decorated Villa has a large corner lot with Privacy Fencing in The Villages gated community. The Adriana Villas are surrounded by Designer Homes on the Hemingway Golf Course and just a couple of blocks away from Havana Country Club. It is truly a Home Away from Home.
Two bedrooms contain King size pillowtop beds, with the Den/Bedroom having a daybed which converts into a king bed or 2 twin beds. The Master bedroom has a television, large tiled shower, 2 sink vanity, walk-in-closet, linen closet, and a separate toilet closet. The Den/Bedroom also has a television. High speed wireless internet connection is available. The Dining Room contains a table with seating for six. The large fully equipped kitchen has an island bar with 2 bar stools for extra seating. The ceilings are vaulted with ceiling fans. Blinds and window treatments are featured throughout the Villa. The sliding glass doors in the Living and Dining Area provide easy access and to the large screened Lanai containing a table and 4 chairs. A large Private patio area with glass table and chairs for the enjoyment of the evening sunsets. The laundry area contains washer, dryer, and laundry tub.
Over 20 Executive 9-hole Golf Courses FREE with ID Cards. There is 8 Championship Courses including the Arnold Palmer Course and Nancy Lopez Legacy Course. The Championship courses do require a fee.
Need a Golf Cart during your stay? A wonderful 2009 Yahama 4 Seater Golf Car is available for rental during your visit for easy transportation about The Villages. Contact owner for rates.

The Villa is near a shopping center which includes a Publix, restaurants, a bank, retail stores, and a convenience store. Just a few blocks to the Hemingway Pool for Adults Only. There are pools for visiting families with children. FREE nightly live music and dancing at the 2 Town Squares. The entertainment and recreation is almost unlimited.

Deposit/Cleaning/Security Fee: $750.00 security deposit is required within 7 days of booking and is refundable within 15 days after departure/inspection if there are no loses and Villa is in the same condition as rented with no damage. Cancellation fee: 100% deposit refunded up to 60 days prior to check-in. No refund on deposit if canceled within 60 days of booking date. Check out time is 10:00 AM and check in is 4:00 PM.
NOTE: Routine cleaning or maid service is not included. If cleaning service is needed during your visit, prior arrangements may be made at tenant's expense with our caretaker. Any initial supply of paper and/or cleaning products are a courtesy, and any additional shall be the responsibility of tenant.
