When you visit you will be so conveniently located - just a block and a half to the beach, and a block to all the restaurants, pubs, and shops in the village!
Your one bedroom apartment at Sundance will be completely furnished for a comfortable vacation! The apartment has a private entrance. A laundry is provided for the exclusive use of our guests.
This one-bedroom unit (one bath) isapproximately 600 square feet with a full kitchen and all utensils featuring stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The living room has cable TV and DVD (with some movies), and a CD player (with some CDs). We have even provided some games and books. The living room features a sleeper sofa so this unit can accommodate up to four. The dining room table seats four. This is the perfect "hideaway" for your vacation!

Just around the corner from Siesta Key Village and two (2) short blocks for Dr. Beach's 2011 #1 beach in America, this clean one bedroom unit met our needs to a "T". The pool is small, but perfect for a quick, cooling dip and is only 15 steps from the front door. As you drive up, do not let the color of the building(s) scare you away. While who ever decorated this unit was not recruited from Hilton Hotels or Marriott, it has everything you need and all in working order, including the WiFi. While we didn't stay a full week as planned, it had nothing to do with the accommodations - We are fortunate to live in Florida, where every day seems like you are on vacation.
Recommended for:Pet owners.

Property listing very accurate, clean, pool was excellent. Easy walk to the beach, plus very close to all activities in Siesta Village.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Hi… just wanted to let you know that we love your place here on Siesta Key! I thought I would send you an email to tell you how much we like it here. The location is great as far as beach access and shopping and this unit (A) is very nice – looks just like the pictures on line!! Can’t believe that we’ve been here a week already – up until today the weather has been great – just waiting for it to warm up a bit again! BUT, it’s better than January in Minnesota even when it’s cool here.

A truly delightful week! The weather was perfect as were the accommodations! Very impressed with condition of unit upon arrival. We enjoyed the ice cream at Big Olafs and great burgers at Chubby's in the Village. A beautiful Beach!! Enjoy! We hope to be back next year too!!

We have so enjoyed staying here. The facilities were above and beyond any self-catering experience we have had so far. The beaches are beautiful and we were thrilled to swim with teams of pelicans fishing alongside us. Total magic, thanks!

It has taken us awhile to get to you but we want to say thank you for a great stay at Siesta Key. The accommodations were exactly as you said, clean, contemporary, close and all that we wanted. Your slide show is very accurate. We found Siesta Village delightful, especially Big Olaf's, the sunsets breathtaking, the beaches splendid, and the public transportation convenient. Thanks again for your help in making reservations. Please keep us posted as to openings for spring break next year.
